Conceptual Entrance Perspective

Located on the coast of Lake Michigan, the green roof of the McCormick Center parking garage provides migratory birds one of the few sanctuaries in the city of Chicago. A bird blind placed on the perimeter of the sanctuary, provides unique bird watching opportunities. Viewing ports form the pattern on the side of the blind and a stairway allows viewers to ascend up to a better vantage point and the height of birds in flight.
