Site Plan

A marvelous piece of property with two mountains and a stream were converted into a zip line park in the Appalachian Mountains of Tennessee. Looking to expand and shift into additional markets, extensive, site and agricultural planning helped the owner decide on a new direction to incorporate a cider facility onto the 149 acre agri-tourism property. Feasibility and predesign studies and planning assisted in bringing insight to the necessary facilities for cider production as well as emphasizing the architectural language of the area.
